Help & Advice

The Scampers Pet Care Advisors have all been with us a long time and have huge experience of most aspects of pet keeping. They have all studied small animal nutrition and all have pets of their own. All our suppliers have to train us on all the new products coming in to the store.

Whether you would just like us to load your car or if you have a particular problem you would like to discuss or you need detailed information on one of our products we will always do our best to help you.

It’s also great just to get to talk to another pet lover about your pets; there are a lot of us here!

Scampers were the second pet superstore in the UK to have their own in-store Veterinary Surgery. A decade ago this was considered a bold idea but since its inception, Aquarius Small Animal Practice has built a fantastic reputation as Soham’s only independent surgery. All the dogs that visit us here at Scampers make a beeline for this department. Packed full of every kind of doggy treat, the Scampers Snack Bar offers the most amazing choice of goodies to tempt even the fussiest of our best friends.

There are chews and bones, treats from Pedigree and Bakers, doggy chocs, bulk packs of Rawhide, all their favourite biscuits, training treats, light treats and too many more to list. Your dogs favourite department in store!
