Royal Canin Rottweiler
Muscle dynamism. The sportive, active nature of this muscular utility dog of the mastiff type, means that they weigh heavy for their size. They require protein and increased energy levels to maintain their body weight and condition.
Joint support. As a giant breed the Rottweiler is particularly at risk of osteoarticular disorders, combined with their active nature means that they have a large requirement for joint support.
Special molossoid jaw. The large powerful jaw of the Rottweiler requires a kibble adapted in both size and shape to reduce dental disease and encourage a slower ingestion rate and chewing of the kibble.
A kibble exclusively adapted to the Rottweilers massive jaws. Helps manage dental disorders - Maximises tooth penetration - Encourages chewing.
Helps support digestive function. Slows the rate of ingestion - Optimal predigestion - Helps reduce the risk of GDV. The risk still exists in the Rottweiller but is lower than other Giant breeds

It is also important to support the cardiac function of the Rottweiler who is a breed particularly susceptible to Dilated Cardio-myopathy.
